| Argyle Yarn Shop has just received a dazzling new shipment of yarn from Madelinetosh, and the dyeing team has perfectly maintained the exacting standards and quality we've come to expect! Plus, we're bringing in every color of the "LYS 12 Collection," a unique compilation of 12 colors that are only available from local yarn shops.  Founded in 2006, Madelinetosh, affectionately known as Mad | Tosh, found its humble beginnings in the form of an Etsy shop based in Fort Worth, Texas.  Fast forward to today, the brand has grown into a team of more than 40 creatives, dyers, and yarn experts with a passion for color, selling direct to customers and to local yarn shops around the world.  Since the Fall of 2019, Madelinetosh has been under the stewardship of its innovative new owner Laura Zander.  Since then, Laura and her team have been charged with preserving the Mad | Tosh legacy so many (including herself) fell in love with from the very beginning – a legacy of decadent yarns, innovative dyeing methods, and original uses of color.  Argyle currently has three different lines by Madelinetosh, each of which are machine washable: The first is the classic Tosh Merino Light, a fingering weight single ply yarn that takes the dyes incredibly well in rich, glowing jewel tones.
